Shipping
Original works ship worldwide from the studio in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada. Works held at the Sweden studio ship from Sweden and are marked as such on their pages.
How shipping works
Shipping is quoted individually for every work and destination — it is not included in listed prices. Before or after purchase, send your delivery address to hello@marmar.art and you will receive a quote to approve before anything ships. Nothing is charged without your approval.
Packing
- Oil on canvas — rolled in a protective tube for international destinations (stretched locally by your framer), or stretched and crated on request.
- Mixed media and relief works — these surfaces cannot be rolled and ship stretched in a custom wooden crate.
- Works up to roughly 100 cm ship by tracked courier; larger crated works ship by specialist art freight.
Insurance & timing
Every shipment is insured for the full purchase value. Allow 1–3 weeks for rolled works and 2–4 weeks for crated works, from payment to delivery, depending on destination.
Customs & duties
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by their country. Original artworks enter many countries at reduced or zero duty — ask if you would like the tariff code for your customs broker.
Local collection
Collection from the Newmarket studio is free and always welcome, by appointment.
