Returns & Refunds

Every work sold by marmar studio is a one-of-a-kind original. Because of this, all sales are handled personally and with care.

Before you buy

Detailed photographs, exact dimensions and condition notes are provided for every work, and you are welcome to ask for additional photos or a video call viewing before purchasing. Shipping is quoted individually before payment — you will never be charged shipping you have not approved.

Returns

If a work arrives and is not right for you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Please contact hello@marmar.art before returning. The work must arrive back in its original condition, in equivalent professional packing, and return shipping and insurance are the buyer's responsibility. The refund covers the artwork price; original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damage in transit

All shipments are insured. If a work arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the work before unpacking further, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will receive a full refund or, where possible, restoration — your choice.

Commissions

Commissioned works are made for you and are non-refundable once the final work is approved. The deposit is refundable up to the point work begins.

EU and UK buyers: nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
